I started a website called Shelter In the Rain what was close to two and a
half years ago now, in a large way to benefit myself. Writing on depression
and helping others through it, brought so much healing to myself.
Most of the websites that I saw out there, were created by those who had
already made it through the rain, while I was still currently in the midst of
it and I wanted my website to differ from all the others out there in that
way. Healing is so much easier when we don't have to go it alone.
The strangest thing was that all of those who wrote to me, whom I thought
ever imagined. They were own shelter in the rain.
